I am joined RBL Plastiques 13 years ago, after a career in the bakery trade. I then did my professional retraining at RBL, starting as an operator and, over the years, I've worked in a number of different positions Operator 1, 2, 3, then setter, before becoming robot island coordinator.. I'm proud of what I've achieved, especially as I've always been supported by people who listened to me and took the time to train me and to pass on their know-how to me.
What I like about RBL is the atmosphere and the team spirit., We help each other, we support each other and we move forward together.
