To achieve this performance, RBL Plastiques relies on a reactive supply chain from sourcing of materials to delivery of the finished producti. In particular, the customer can find out the expected delivery time and anticipate the receipt of parts and assemblies in order to optimise production.

The 5 key steps of the Supply Chain process

1 - Application management by the SRC

The Supply Chain process starts with the receipt and registration of your production request. Each request is checked against commercial conditions, product availability and forecast lead times.

A detailed confirmation will be sent to you to ensure complete transparency. This stage transforms your request into a clearly identified internal need, the starting point for the entire logistics chain.

2 - Planning and scheduling

Our teams then carry out a calculation of net requirements to assess the thermoplastic material needed. On this basis, production orders are created and planned, taking into account machine capacity, priorities, stock levels and lead times.

Requests for materials and components are sent to our materials suppliers.

3 - Purchasing and supply

We then select the best suppliers for your project in order to secure the availability of plastics and components as early as possible necessary for your project.

4 - Inbound and outbound logistics

The materials and components are then received, checked and stored according to FIFO rules. The components intended for production are prepared and assigned to the current orders.

Downstream, the finished products are packaged, labelled, protected and shipped according to the standards specific to each sector.

5 - Performance monitoring

At RBL Plastiques, performance indicators such as service rate, critical stock levels, delivery times and supplier rating are monitored on an ongoing basis.

These elements are used to adjust flows, improve responsiveness and enhance the quality of our industrial supply chain.
